Adhesive label packaging
Choose the appropriate packaging method based on different transportation methods and protection requirements. Choose corrugated cardboard boxes, wrapping films, pallets, etc. for packaging as appropriate.
Storage of self-adhesive labels
Adhesive labels should be stored in a dry indoor environment at 10 ℃ -30 ℃ before use, avoiding direct sunlight and rain. If not specifically specified in the technical specifications, generally speaking, self-adhesive labels can be stored for at least six months in an environment of ± 20 ℃/RH50-60%.
Winter storage of self-adhesive labels
When the temperature drops to around 10 ℃, the viscosity of the adhesive material sharply decreases. In order to avoid issues such as adhesive stickiness, flying labels, and curling edges, and to better utilize the performance of adhesive labels, our company provides the following suggestions for low-temperature storage and use:
1. The storage temperature for self-adhesive labels is around 15 ℃ or higher;
2. If the ambient temperature during transportation is low (below 5 ℃), please place the self-adhesive label at a temperature of around 15 ℃ for 48 hours before processing or labeling. Low temperatures can cause frostbite on adhesive labels. After at least 48 hours of recovery, the stickiness of adhesive labels can generally return to normal values:
In order to ensure the normal performance of adhesive labels under low temperature conditions, customers can better use adhesive labels and hope to use adhesive materials as much as possible under the above conditions.
